TECHNIQUE IS EVERYTHING

WE ARE RUTHLESS IN TEACHING PERFECT TECHNIQUE FOR EVERY MOVEMENT. ONLY ONCE WE ARE SATISFIED WITH YOUR TECHNIQUE, WILL WE ALLOW YOU TO ADD WEIGHT, REPS OR INTENSITY. THIS ENSURES YOU BUILD A SOLID FOUNDATION AND A LETHAL ENGINE WHILE MINIMISING THE RISK OF INJURY.

WE PASS ON ALL OUR KNOWLEDGE

OUR GOAL IS TO MAKE OURSELVES OBSOLETE TO OUR ATHLETES. WE WANT TO TEACH THEM EVERYTHING WE KNOW, SO THEY GET TO A POINT WHERE THEY CAN TRAIN THEMSELVES, OR OTHERS IF THAT’S THEIR DESIRE.

WE LOVE OLD SCHOOL

ALTHOUGH WE ARE REGARDED AS A KETTLEBELL GYM, WE UTILISE A LOT OF OTHER TRADITIONAL EXERCISES TO BUILD COMPLETE ATHLETES. THIS INCLUDES MOVEMENTS WITH BARBELLS, SANDBAGS, MEDICINE BALLS, CHAINS, CARDIO MACHINES [ROWERS, AIRBIKES AND SKIERGS] AND BODYWEIGHT MOVEMENTS.

WE USE CHALK

AND LOTS OF IT. KETTLEBELL TRAINING IS BRUTAL ON YOUR HANDS. MAINTAINING THE HEALTH OF YOUR HANDS IS A HUGE COMPONENT OF BECOMING A KETTLEBELL KING.
